7. How an order is placed.A project starts only when you accept a written quotation. The enquiry form on this site merely opens an email in your own mail program; sending it does not place an order.
8. Price.Prices are set per project in the written quotation. This site shows no price list. How tax is treated is stated in the quotation.
9. Charges besides the price.Costs outside our fee, such as font licences, stock images, printing and shipping of printed matter, are shown separately in the quotation. Charges for your internet connection when viewing this site are yours.
10. Payment methods and timing.Stated in the quotation. Nothing is invoiced before the quotation has been accepted.
11. Delivery.Final files are delivered digitally, by download link or by email. The delivery date is given in the quotation. Any physical proofs are agreed in the quotation as well.
12. Cancellation and returns.Design work is made to order, so delivered files cannot be returned once accepted. If delivered files do not match what the quotation lists, tell us and we will correct them. Cancelling before or during a project is handled as set out in the quotation, and work completed up to that point is charged accordingly. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
